Based in the South East, Ark Environmental Services provide a professional pest control and contract cleaning service to their clients in London, the South East, the North West, the North and the Midlands.
5 years ago as part of an ongoing relationship we started developing a bespoke database solution for Ark, initially it enabled the office users to manage and keep track of their jobs and contracts through an online portal. As they grew as a company we were able to implement exciting new features and ideas into the software, which included rolling out the system to a mobile platform allowing their pest control technicians on the road carrying out the work to update their jobs as they go making sure the office users were always keep up to date. We have also built in many SLA and reporting features to provide them with the information they need instantly, freeing them up to focus on delivering a first class service to their clients.
Fast forward to the present day, as the needs and expectations of Ark’s client base changes so does their management system, we are able to make changes and fine tune the platform as desired, this enables them to keep up to date with the ever changing requirements of the marketplace.
