We’ve built a complete management portal for Swiftcure Ltd, a leading damp proofing and timber treatment company in the South East. In addition to capturing standard details relating to their jobs and clients, we have built in the functionality to allow them to quickly and easily generate correspondence, reports, quotations etc. This has helped to reduce the amount of office admin and allowed them to focus on providing a first class service to their customers.
Another feature of this project involves advertising campaign reporting, when a job is created on the system one of the prompts is “how did you hear about us?” recording this information then allows them to later drill down and retrieve reports and gauge the success of any advertising campaigns they have running and ascertain where their work is coming from.
